Welcome to ShiftLedger! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our application.

By accessing or using our app, you agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the app.

1. Intellectual Property

The ShiftLedger app and its original content and features form part of the Hawkmoth personal-project portfolio.

2. User Accounts

In order to access certain features of the app, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Prohibited Conduct

When using the ShiftLedger app, you must not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Engage in unauthorized access, use, or distribution of other users' data.
  • Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the app.
  • Submit false or misleading information.
  • Engage in any activity that may harm or compromise the security or integrity of the app.

The ShiftLedger app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The project owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

ShiftLedger app reserves the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes through the app or by other means. Your continued use of the app following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these terms will remain in effect.
